Born at the foot of Colombia’s Andean highlands on Hacienda Coloma (1,700 m elevation), this premium rum is distilled from sugarcane molasses and matured for 15 years in American oak bourbon barrels, before being finished for several months in ex-coffee liqueur casks. Water used is sourced from volcanic springs, filtered through heirloom coffee filters, imparting true Colombian character.
