Produced high in the Andes at Hacienda Coloma (~1,700 m elevation), this artisanal rum is made from carefully fermented sugarcane molasses, distilled via column stills and matured for 8 years in American oak bourbon barrels. The final finishing step involves resting the rum for several months in aging vessels formerly used for Coloma's coffee liqueur, infusing subtle coffee elegance without added sweetness
