Taiwan Golden Muscat Ice Wine
Golden Muscat grapes, originating from European and American Muscat varieties, are prized for their intensely aromatic profile. Since their introduction to Taiwan, years of local cultivation have allowed them to develop tropical fruit notes, high sugar content, and balanced acidity, making them an ideal raw material for crafting high-quality sweet white wine.
 
We carefully select fully ripe Golden Muscat grapes and employ an innovative low-temperature fermentation process in ice-cellars, mimicking the frost conditions of European ice wine regions. This slow, natural fermentation concentrates the essence of the fruit, creating a perfect harmony between Taiwanese terroir and northern winemaking techniques — capturing the gentle passage of time in every bottle.
 
The grapes’ rich aroma unfolds gradually during fermentation, blending seamlessly with natural acidity and a silky-smooth body to produce a wine that is fragrant, balanced, and elegantly refined.
