We carefully handpick these fragrant, locally grown plums at their peak, crafting them into a pure and rounded fermented plum wine using traditional, natural brewing methods.
Unlike many plum wines on the market that are made by steeping fruit in distilled spirits, our fermented plum wine begins with fresh, fully ripened plums, natural sugar, and pure drinking water. Selected fruit wine yeast is added, allowing time to slowly transform the natural fruit sugars into a delicate 7–12% ABV wine. With no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives, it captures the plums’ natural acidity and sweetness in perfect harmony.
